Hello all you pretty kitties out there. My name is Elise Sweetwater and I am a naughty little kitty just like you!
Like all kitties, I love to play with my toys and get the kitty purring. I have been playing with kitty toys for years now but I really never knew exactly how they were made or what they were made of. I just assumed they were made for what I purchased them for. Then I realized they we're labeled "novelty"......hhhhmmmm what did that mean? Well you know kitties, we are curious and love to investigate, so I did just that. But curiosity did not kill this cat! It opened up my eyes. I found that toys labeled "novelty" are not tested by the FDA or any other regulatory association for safety, and to get around any health regulation red tape, companies simply labeled them "Novelties" and sold them to us. MEEEEOOOW! I couldn't believe it! I quickly looked through my own personal toy box and thought these CAN'T be safe for my kitty!!!!
Now, I don't just use these toys by myself, so me and my partner in crime started discussing other options that were available and how there must be other kitties who, like me, didn't know what was safe to use and what was not. As we continued our own education about these toys we agreed..."sharing is caring!!" We decided that we would create a safe place that would promote and make available Body Safe & Eco-Conscious toys for ALL Kittens to safely enjoy! Also, to share all the important sex toy knowledge we have discovered and that has been shared with us. This is how Cheebras was born. This store was created and is run by my sweet cakes and myself. Cheebras.com is a work in progress and is open to all suggestions, comments, and reviews. Our plan is to spread the word and have fun!
